Chapter 23: The Wonder of Egypt

There are not enough photos here to show you the true wonder of this land. To see the evidence that man existed so many centuries ago, and to realize that so much was created with just hammer and chisel, imagination and pride in one's own workmanship.
We visited the Great pyramids at Giza, the Sakkhara compound of ancient pyramids (including the first one built), then via overnight train to Luxor to see the Valley of the Kings, the Valley of the Queens, the Temple of Karnak (MUST SEE), the temple of Luxor, overnight train back to Cairo to visit the museum.
You got to go there!
